We are looking for students who are determined and driven. Students who can commit to and rise to the challenges that aviation demands. An ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about aviation and is also eager to give back.

The qualification process will comprise an evaluation of each individual consisting of:

Application
Essay
Interview
Letters of Recommendation

Following the selection process you’ll have a conditional acceptance.
The conditions are:

• Achieve a score of at least 80% on the FAA knowledge test - We’ll provide a free test prep kit for you to study once you have been accepted

• Applicants with a PPL are exempt from this requirement.

• Hold a valid FAA medical certificate that was originally issued as a first-class medical certificate. The Arc Academy will pay for all costs associated with the first initial medical exam.

• Pass a drug screen

• Provide physical proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of 1) a valid U.S. passport OR 2) an original or certified copy of your birth certificate along with a government-issued photo ID
